My searches can be a lot more detailed, but the above is a great tool to do searches on your own.

One thing you will need to do is write down the MLS (multiple listing service) numbers down so that when you do want to go look at homes, I can find them quickly.

I will need some time to get appointments. I have a key to every home on the MLS.

Find a home now

One of the services I offer is to load you on my computer with whatever search criteria you desire.

Some want to see all the homes in the $150,000 to $175,000 range in Bonneville county for example.

Some have to have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a doublecar garage.

Some have to live on one acre or more.

What is your search criteria?

You should email me your price range of homes you can afford.

Sometimes there are a ton of 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes on the market. You can email me with something that will eliminate some of the choices, i.e., I want a fence.

I can load this new variable on the computer for you.

I can search for almost any variable on the market.

I can send you commercial property, farms, lots, homes, multi-family, million dollar properties, luxury homes, fixer-uppers, homes by square footage, new homes, homes that are 50 years old, etc.
